UsesEdit

Fishing is a vital part of Florensia game-play. One purpose is to get Dissolution Pearls for unsealing items. Another is to get healing powders and other miscellaneous items. As the fishing skill is leveled, odds of catching fish/items increase.

How To FishEdit

Get the Needed EquipmentEdit

To go fishing in Florensia, a player must have a fishing pole and bait equipped. A fishing pole can be purchased from an NPC. Bait can be purchased from a grocer NPC. The skill book must also be purchased from any NPC skill trainer as a general skill.

Get the Needed SkillEdit

To begin fishing, you must spend one skill point on fishing. First, right click the fishing skill book in your inventory and then in the skill menu, learn the fishing lvl 1 skill.

EquipEdit

Equip your pole like any other weapon by dragging the icon of the pole into a weapon slot in the land inventory screen. To equip bait, simply right click on the bait icon in your land inventory screen once the pole has been equipped.

Finally Fish!Edit

Once you know the skill and have your pole and bait equipped, you can fish at any dock in any friendly seaside town. To find the dock, the easiest way is to head towards the water and find anyone else that's already fishing. If you don't find anyone else, just walk up to the edge of the dock with your fishing pole out and press the "Fish" action button. If you cannot fish in an area, the game will tell you, so keep trying in different places until you find the spot. Once you have found a fishing spot and your character is happily fishing, your character will continue to do so until he/she runs out of bait, or you put your fishing pole away. Good luck!
